Reference records describe places
Country codes, capitals, currencies and timezone mappings help make a useful directory. They do not grant network capacity, IP addresses or the right to route customer traffic through a country.
A registry describes an operating plan
A gateway record can store an endpoint and public key. A recent heartbeat adds an agent report about an interface. Neither proves that a customer can route traffic successfully through it.
A verified connection is a separate result
Actual coverage requires deployed infrastructure and device tests. BiTTU displays country references, registered gateways and recent agent reports separately, and does not claim a public VPN fleet today.
