Use authorized systems
Do not attack systems, distribute malware, steal credentials, impersonate people, gain unauthorized access, send spam or use the service to harm others. Respect applicable law and the terms of your gateway and hosting providers.
Protect shared resources
Do not attempt to bypass account or operator access controls, submit another person’s private information without authority, or upload private keys into support tickets. Device and gateway records must describe infrastructure you are authorized to manage.
Abuse reports
Use the Abuse category in the signed-in support form. The planned address abuse@bittuvpn.com is not confirmed active. Reports enter an operator queue; this preview does not claim automated abuse detection, continuous monitoring or round-the-clock response.
Operational action
Before a public service begins, the operator must define how reports are reviewed, how affected accounts or nodes may be suspended, and how users can seek a review. Those processes and any statutory obligations depend on the real operator and service jurisdiction.
