Records in this application
The hosted database contains account identifiers, device public-key requests, support conversations, gateway registry entries, coarse agent reports, policy drafts, configuration records and operator audit events. No customer browsing-history collection feature is implemented in this website.
Current retention status
The application does not currently run a scheduled retention purge. Closing a support request, cancelling a device request or archiving a gateway changes its state; it does not mean the underlying record has been erased. The operator must approve retention periods and implement a verified deletion process before public service launch.
Requesting a review
Use the Data request category in your account to identify your own record and ask for access, correction or deletion review. The request is stored for operator handling. Avoid including identity documents or secrets in the initial message. Any additional ownership verification should be proportionate to the request.
Browser preferences
Theme, country favorites and setup checklist selections are stored on the device where you use the website. Clear them on the Cookies & local storage page or through your browser settings. Deleting these preferences does not delete your hosted account, support history or identity-provider session.
Other systems and backups
Hosting logs, identity-provider records, provider backups and logs on an independently operated gateway are separate from this application’s database. This site does not automatically delete those records. The operator must document provider arrangements, backup expiry and any preservation requirements before making a complete deletion commitment.
Future changes
A launch-ready schedule should state the record category, purpose, retention period or decision criteria, deletion method and responsible operator. Material changes will need an updated notice describing the practice that is actually implemented.
