What changed
The app previously requested a window inset controller before the window existed on Android 15. The source now defers the safe view-level lookup until after the content is attached.
What was checked
Source/framework startup checks passed for Android APIs 28 and 35. APK signature, ZIP alignment and arm64 native alignment checks passed. Actual APK installation, native WireGuard execution and live VPN tests remain pending.
Install as a separate test app
BiTTU VPN Repair uses its own application ID. It is designed to sit beside the old preview without uninstalling it or deleting saved profiles. It cannot read the old app’s private data. Import a valid profile when you are ready to test.
