Check reachability and keys
Confirm the public hostname/IP and UDP port, router/cloud firewall rules, server availability and the correct peer public keys. A gateway behind carrier-grade NAT may not accept inbound connections.
Then check routing
After a recent handshake, verify external egress, DNS and intended IPv6 behavior. These are separate checks. Avoid posting your private key or full configuration in a public support message.
